COCINA EL JEFE started from humble beginnings in 29 Palms California at the local farmers market. Our establishment started with only three types of tacos "The OG",  and has since grown to the menu we have today. We are famous for pioneering our Filipino inspired SigSig taco, the "El JEFE". Our passion for market-fresh ingredients, honest cooking, and an enjoyable atmosphere set us apart from other taco stands. Our menu features hand pressed corn tortillas, variety of tacos, burritos, and salsas, all made in-house by our team of talented chefs.
